You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current monthly subscription period. You may cancel your subscription through your account in your dashboard, or by contacting us through our Contact Form
To cancel your subscription from your dashboard:
Please go to the PROFILE tab (either on the top navigation or the side navigation):
From there go to SUBSCRIPTIONS TAB:
You will then see your subscriptions. CLICK VIEW
You will then see your subscriptions and you can hit cancel. This will cancel your membership.
