Refund Policy – Subscriptions

Since the website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we ONLY provide limited refunds after the membership is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any membership on the website. You can request a refund for a subscription within 7 days from your initial purchase, as long as you haven’t downloaded more than five files and haven’t made use of any downloaded content. Submit a request in writing using our contact form. 


We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such circumstance you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.  Monthly subscriptions are not refundable mid-month or after 7 days due to the nature of digital download product being offered. 

Note: If you cancel your subscription you may NO longer post any items from either our content library or your monthly subscription as your license is deemed cancelled in full.
